SUMMER SALE Cane and Glass Biomorphic Coffee Table, 1970s/80s
This fabulous cane and glass coffee table has the full curves and shapes that drop it into a Biomorphic design aesthetic. Biomorphic means that a form, while abstract, evokes or references living forms i.e animals and plants. It is quite a quirky piece and rare to find. Originally made circa 70s\80s it is in good condition with a few rubs and knocks on the cane and a few marks on the glass if you look closely. The glass has been coloured a cream colour with specialist paint on the underside. This really lifts the table and refreshes it for the c21st.
